About the Business

Specialties

Vermont's original Brew Pub and a premier local experience founded by the late, renowned craft-brewing pioneer and author Greg Noonan in 1988. It is the longest running craft brewery in Vermont, serving a full menu and brewing over 80 styles of beer each year thanks to the small 14 barrel brewhouse augmented by a half-barrel experimental system. VPB partners with over 20 local businesses ranging from artisan cheese makers, to chocolatiers to bakeries and beyond. They are famous for a reason: Quality. "Rich with heritage and being the longest running microbrewery in Vermont speaks for itself," writes Shannon Smith of www.AssociatedContent.com. "The Vermont Pub and Brewery is always coming up with new formulas to make a better beer and they have accomplished this repeatedly... You are encouraged the next time you visit Burlington Vermont to sit down in The Vermont Pub and Brewery and order a plate of Fish and Chips and ask your server to pick a beer to complement them. You will not be disappointed." Open daily from 11:30 am until 1:00 am.
