His mother, Tina, cultivated his passion and skill in the kitchen that has helped him develop into the incredible chef he is today. As a chef, Rocco maintains a well-organized kitchen and staff. The staff is amiable and highly trained professionals, who like Rocco himself, take nothing for granted.
