History

Established in 1993.

Trattoria Delia was established in 1993 by Thomas & Lori Delia. The restaurant celebrates Thomas' Italian heritage, with a focus on preserving the art of traditional Italian cuisine; his family originated form Oriolo, a small town in Calabria. The restaurant is located in the historic Vermont House originally a turn of the century hotel, the interior was once a working sugar house that was relocated from New Hampshire. The room's focal point is a large fireplace, made from local Panton stone.
