32 seat open-kitchen Mediterranean restaurant opened by Our Food Group (flagship 8 North Broadway, Nyack Rockland County) featuring Local Mediterranean Cuisine from locally sourced farm-fresh produce and meats as well as sustainably sourced seafood combined with a Greekish flare. Great Italian, Spanish, and French Wines, local New York and Hudson Valley beers and local spirits.

Constantine Kalandranis grew with a love of food. From cooking alongside members of his Greek-American family to preparing for holiday gatherings, Constantine saw the power food had to connect people.  After falling in love with the Hudson Valley and a desire to be near the farms that provide the local sourced ingredients Chef Constantine (@chefcostas) opened 8 North Broadway in Nyack, New York with a highly skilled team from the restaurant world. In 2015 Kalandranis also opened 273 Kitchen in Harrison, New York which is a unique Mediterranean style open kitchen.Constantine and his wife Johna, 8 North Broadway's Operations and Special Events Manager, have a daughter Isla and son Leo.
