We are a family-run, authentic Neapolitan pizzeria and owner Saverio is a certified pizzaiolo of the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani. We serve a variety of pizzas made with imported buffalo mozzarella (Mozzarella di Bufala Campana D.O.P.) and our fresh, home-made mozzarella as well as imported Italian tomatoes and extra-virgin olive oil. All toppings are made fresh daily, and the pizzas are baked to perfection in an Acunto wood-burning brick oven from Naples. We let the dough rise for 24-48 hours like they do in Naples and the result is a very easy-to-digest pizza. We recommend the Margherita D.O.P. and Mom's pizzas. Established in 2015.

A & S Pork Store of Massapequa has been serving the local community since 1967. In January 2015. we opened up our authentic Neapolitan pizzeria right next door to our store. A & S owner Saverio Cataldo and family serve up a variety of pizzas just like they make them in Naples.

Saverio is the owner of A & S Pork Store and Saverio's Authentic Pizza Napoletana. He and his family went to visit their ancestor's home, Naples, and fell in love with their style of pizza. He decided he wanted to make this real Italian pizza in America and thus Saverio's Authentic Pizza Napoletana was born.
