Much of REVEL's produce comes from Long Island and Sullivan County, while our all-natural prime cuts of meat come from Aspen Ridge in Colorado. Aspen Ridge sources prime-aged black Angus beef from the most exclusive family-owned ranches in America. Jim Doukas is the proud owner of REVEL. Jim is no rookie in the industry with 35 years of experience under his belt. Jim is the former owner of two well known establishments: Central Square Cafe in Scarsdale and Caffe Angelica in Garden City Park. Both restaurants earned tremendous accolades including "Very Good" reviews in the New York Times and Newsday. There was acquired recognition in several publications including awards for: Best Brunch, Best Bar, Best New Restaurant on Long Island & Hottest Singles spot. Jim's vision for this new Garden City venture is "Revel will provide a dining experience with a focus on creative American cuisine inspired by global influences."
