Located in Waterbury, the food and beverage crossroads, we feature a curated selection of craft beer, proper cocktails, eclectic wines with a full menu featuring barbecue, vegetarian and cozy American fare. Here at Prohibition Pig, we are a locally owned restaurant dedicated to bringing you the freshest, highest quality food possible. We make everything in house, fresh every day and are proud members of the Vermont Fresh Network. We do not take reservations or call ahead seating. Our dining room is hosted on a first come, first served basis. We can accommodate parties up to 10 together. The bar seats are survival of the fittest. Our brewery is located out back on Elm Street. We offer lunch and dinner 7 days a week there and have a covered patio (bring your jacket) that is dog friendly. Wednesday each week we also have our house bluegrass band pickin' away (5 - 7pm).
