Maurizio has been a familiar face at the helm of some of the most popular and successful restaurants along Long Island's North Shore. In October of 2010, Maurizio assumed the role of General Manager at Il Bacco Ristorante after the restaurants expansion into its grand new home. Maurizio is responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant, and above all, helping to ensure the quality of guest's experiences at Il Bacco. Maurizio brings his vast experience in the grace of traditional European hospitality, and his ever-growing education and passion of food and wine to the Il Bacco family.
