About the Business

Specialties

In a world overwhelmingly dominated by Omakase, Hatsuhana has always prioritized the importance of Okonomi, meaning that the customer should have the freedom to decide exactly what they want to eat. Although we have a popular Omakase option, true connoisseurs and purists never want to be coerced into following the agenda of the chef or the restaurant.
