We make more than crazy waffles, we allow people to loosen up and enjoy themselves. All of our ingredients are sourced from local producers and are often organic. We feature live music every single night, and have a beer & wine license.

History

Established in 2014.

307 S Clinton St is our second location. The original Funk 'n Waffles opened in 2007 by two college friends: Adam Gold and Kyle Corea.

Business Owner

Adam is a 2006 Syracuse University graduate.  He opened the original Funk 'n Waffles location on S Crouse with his college friend Kyle Corea in 2007.  Adam is a local musician in the band Sophistafunk.
