History

Established in 1999.

Since 1999, the Edgewater Restaurant has been a retreat for residents in the Hampton Bay and surrounding area. Here, we've tried to create the perfect getaway through a combination of a serene waterfront location and exquisite cuisine. Our great reception in the local community has led us to believe that we have been moderately successful in this endeavor, and we are thankful for every day that our customers make possible.
