History

Established in 2016.

The first Eataly opened in Turino in 2007, under the careful eye of our founder, Oscar Farinetti. We opened our first store in the Flatiron District in 2010, where we partnered with Mario Batali, Lidia and Joe Bastianich. We currently have approximately 30 locations worldwide and are expanding rapidly!
