History

Established in 2003.

One of 5 full service restaurants in the Cosimo's Restaurant Group. The company's founder and namesake, Cosimo DiBrizzi, along with his nephews Carlo Citera and Nick Citera began the family tradition in Newburgh, New York in 1979. Through the combination of their restaurant experience and visionary understanding of the restaurant business, the Cosimo's Pizza Chain was established. In keeping with the times, Cosimo's Pizza has created Cosimo's Brick Oven restaurants. These are attractive, exciting, upscale, casual dining establishments known for "High Quality Food and Drinks at Reasonable Prices!" They boast a multi-cultural menu cross-bred with New World Italian, keeping in mind the health-conscious Guest. It is the latest link in tradition with deep roots in Old-World traditions.
