Blu Wolf Bistro is a neighborhood gastropub featuring award-winning gourmet burgers, 15 specialty wing sauces, salmon that will melt in your mouth, and a carefully selected assortment of mouthwatering appetizers, salads, and sandwiches. Thirsty? With 36 craft beers on tap, a vast selection of bottled beers, impressive wine menu, and creative milkshakes, we've got you covered! Voted one of the best gourmet burgers in "Best of Rochester 2014", our Park Avenue and Mac Daddy burgers are local favorites. We are also home of the Blu Wolf Burger Challenge: 5 patties, 4 slices each of tomato and onion, 3 strips of bacon, 2 pickle spears, 1 milkshake, and miles of hot, crispy bent arm fries in under 40 minutes. A portion of the proceeds from each challenge goes to the Crisis Nursery of Greater Rochester, so step up to the plate and take on the Challenge! History

Established in 2013.

Blu Wolf Bistro opened its doors in Rochester in 2013! Our mission is to provide a great dining experience in our neighborhood by serving great food and excellent craft beers in an urban space. We named the bistro after the legendary Blu Wolf of our family - the owner's great grandmother! She taught us never to leave food on our plates, and now we do our best to make food that makes you lick your plates clean as well. We're glad to be a part of the neighborhood and look forward to adding you to our growing list of friends and neighbors soon!
