Jodi and Phil M.

Business Owner

Jodi and Phil bring a shared love of cooking and baking to their home away from home, August First.  Phil is an expert in crafting European artisan bread, and was the former owner of Merrick's Bread & Coffee in the Adirondacks.  Jodi's extensive experience in both the restaurant and craft beer industries brings an attention to quality and service that makes August First stand out as one of the best places to dine in Burlington.
