For the past 22 years, Artie's Restaurant has been owned and operated by Spiros Chagares. This passionate restaurateur continues to upgrade his high-energy restaurant, located on City Island, a seaport village in New York. Artie's is a favorite for both locals and visitors who relish the restaurant's casual classic Mediterranean feel. Customers enjoy a spirited setting at the cocktail lounge, recognized for its grand copper lamps hanging overhead.
