Business Owner

Jonathan, 31, of Central Florida has been working in the restaurant industry for many years. With his experience in culinary and dining he has decided to put a modern spin on traditional Asian cuisine. His father began his first successful restaurant in Downtown Mount Dora after managing several Kobe Steakhouses in the early 90s. Chef Jonathan hopes to walk in his father's footsteps with this endeavor.
