Established in 2015.

The vision for The Edison was simple--pair old with new and add a twist. In 2015, Tallahassee's historic city electric building was transformed into what is now one of the swankiest restaurants in the city. Pairing a truly stunning building with exquisite food, and a picturesque backdrop of Cascades Park makes for a spectacular experience.
