Tamale Co. is orginal and traditional, unlike any other. We are proud to say that we are passionate about the idea of making and focusing on a dish that has been long established for centeruies within the Mexican culture: TAMALE. Origins of the tamale can be traced back to pre-hispanic times. They are an artisan food made from Mexican masa and filled with anything from meats to fruits and vegetables, and are wrapped in cornhusks. Furthermore, tamales are combined with delicious Mexian Sauces. They are a very traditional way to create a unique assemblage of different flavors. We at Tamale Co. guarantee that we offer the best Gourmet Mexican tamales, each hand-crafted to an artistic perfection and prepared with the freshest ingredients Florida's local farmers have to offer.
