Following his father's footsteps, Abe Ng, armed with determination and a vision, introduced Miami to Sushi Maki, the first sushi chain in the US to earn Marine Stewardship Council Certification. Our mission? To revolutionize sushi in the city. Encouraged by sushi enthusiasts, we expanded from one location in Miami to various destinations including Miami International Airport, Universities and Whole Foods Market Stations. Each dish is crafted with sustainably sourced ingredients, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility.
