Established in 1997.

Stork's Bakery established in 1997, now with two Broward locations has become the area's most popular coffee house(s) having won 'best bakery' and 'best coffee house'. Peter & Esmeralda Dekaj, successful business owners for 15 years, acquired Stork's Bakery in 2007and today serve the very best quality cakes, pastries & pies with a wide selection of gourmet foods, fresh salads, healthy smoothies, tasty parfaits and a wide variety of domestic and imported beers & wine. Please join us at our newest location, the town of Davie on University Drive across from Nova university. both locations open daily till midnight, seven days a week.

Jim Stork opened the Wilton Manors store in 1997. Joining him in this venture was Peter Dekaj, who acted as his pastry chef and managing partner. Jim had previously been the mayor of Wilton Manors. He and Peter worked side by side establishing the business for 10 years. In 2007, Peter took over the ownership of Stork's, and continues to maintain the level of excellence that Stork's is known for.
