Business Owner

Hector is an award-winning bartender with over 10 years of hospitality experience.  He has helped develop the cocktail bar program for Fontainebleau's signature restaurants (including Hakkasan, Gotham Steak, & Scarpetta) and was named Readers Choice Best Bartender in 2015.  Eddie F. and Manny P. join Hector as the founders behind Spanglish Craft Cocktail Bar + Kitchen.
