Joel or Fernando R.

Business Owner

Joel & Fernando are local guys from Haines City, right in the center of Polk County. Both combat veterans. Both worked at one of the worlds biggest steakhouses for over 25 years combined. Branching out to do their dream of doing BBQ in a steakhouse experience has proven to be a great concept. Both work their restaurants each day, not because they have to but rather because they want to be there! The difference is evident in the Ovation's food and service. Come see us soon!
