History

Established in 1987.

Dino Pirola started the restaurant in 1987. Dino was born and raised in Bergamo, Italy. We are the oldest Italian fine dining restaurant in South Beach. Most of our business is repeat customers who've been coming to our restaurant for years. Over the years we've had many celebrities dine with us. Some of the famous celebrities like Madonna, Sylvester Stallone, Billy Joel, Joe Dimaggio, Rosie O'Donnell, Versace and many, many more have enjoyed our cuisine.

My name is Gilbert. I am a partner with Dino Pirola and the Chef Martin. I have been in and out the restaurant business since I was 16. Over the years I have learned everything through hands on experience.  I believe in offering only the highest quality of food and service. I also desire for the customer to feel at home and welcomed when they eat at my restaurant. That is why I am always here, checking every table, and making sure that my guest are enjoying themselves.
