The owners spent years traveling the globe in search of unique and tastebud-teasing breakfast recipes. They founded Omelet Bar to share their passion for breakfast and create diehard breakfast fans out of every customer. The UCF location is the first of many to open all over major cities across the U.S.

History

Established in 2017.

Omelet Bar is the first of several locations that will open in the Orlando area. The first location launched with a soft opening on January 18, 2017.
