Established in 2015.

Nineteen61 is the year the chefs parents exiled from Cuba. The basis of the restaurant is about adaptation. Our recipes and menu are adaptations and interpretations by the chef and his team. They take classics and transform them to fun dishes. The service is also an area of great intrigue, the team focuses on the patron experience from the simple water pours to smoking foods table-side.
