Vienoises pastries for breakfast like croissants , chocolate croissants,cinamon roll's,pistachio's roll's, torsades ,apples turnovers... All make from scratch!!! And differents drink, differents quiches, focaccia,..etc And the must! My desserts, My pastry always from scratch ... Chocolate and cafe eclairs , cremes brulees, rasberry and straberry pie, opera, napoleons(mille-feuille), apple pie, chocolate pie and etc for your plasur :-D. And avelable now , beers and wine!! History

Established in 2012.

This business was established by a French couple in 2012. They sold the business to the current owner in February 2017 and moved back to France. Current owner, Alain Wichner (originally from Paris) is a veteran of the Food and Beverage industry and continue to operate this business with some slight modifications. Wine and Beer were added, sizes were increased as well as selection and choices. The pastry chef, Patrick is from Alsace

Native of France, after 17 years in the Food & Beverage industry, I became a Distributor of Espresso coffee and machines for 5 years before retiring.  I came out of retirement in February 2017 and took over the ownership of the Cafe.I believe in large portions of delicious sandwiches, salads, crepes and French pastries all at a reasonable price.
