Miami melts for more than just sunny South Florida weather. That's because America's favorite classic, grilled cheese sandwiches, have taken Miami by storm - both on and off wheels. Behind these wheels and the sexy, iconic Ms. Cheezious® maven character, are food and beverage innovators Brian and Fatima Mullins and M. Christian Dickens, who rolled out the first Ms. Cheezious® food truck onto the streets of Miami in December 2010. Following ooey gooey cheesy success, the team let a second food truck loose onto the streets of South Florida, and most recently, opened their first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the historic MiMo district.
