About the Business

Specialties

Erba is an Italian-inspired restaurant that embraces the vibrant spirit of Miami, showcasing a local adaptation rooted in a hospitality-forward mindset. It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel. With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. We invite you to join us and experience the wide array of daily homemade pastas, an extensive wine selection, and our genuine hospitality.
