Business Owner

Chef Loic spent the last 20 years in a south Florida adopting his French recipes to the American ingredients and tropical humidity.  He's worked at fine establishments like the Four Seasons of Palm Beach, Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel and Barton G. Hard to believe he began his pursuit of the American dream after almost 2 decades in the French army as a paratrooper.
