Michael have been in business over 20 years, once he went to Taiwan, and had snow ice (xuehua bing) and bubble tea in Taipei night market. the texture and taste of snow ice really excited him, and bubbles kept him all night dreaming. when he came back to States, as a business man, he realized it is a good business to provide snow ice and bubble tea in hot Florida. In fact, Litchi Snow Ice is the first one to serve snow ice in South Florida. With the word of mouth and social media, Litchi Snow Ice has gained a lot of loyal customers. He really appreciates  all the supports, and is trying very hard to create and bring more choices and flavors to satisfy all of you.
