History

Established in 2015.

Lettuce & Tomato a casual restaurant where we take fresh, seasonal ingredients and transform them into gourmet salads and sandwiches. We were inspired when we looked around Miami for our favorite sandwiches and couldn't find them. We want to fill that gap and offer you some serious gourmet items in a fun and relaxed environment. We love food and we love to take simple ingredients and build them into complex layers of flavor. We take pride in making almost everything from scratch, and we only work with suppliers that provide us the freshest, highest quality products. We also offer fresh juices, wine and beer and some really fun wine cocktails. We believe that eating is a total experience that involves all senses. Not only do we pay close attention to our flavors but also the ambiance, the music you listen to while you eat, and the energy from our staff. We know great service is a huge part of the eating experience and we love to provide it.

Born in Argentina 33 years ago, this foodie fell madly in love with food about 10 years ago. Trying to find his place in the restaurant world, held jobs as busboy, barback, bartender, barista, waiter, cook and manager. After four years as GM in Epicure Cafe in Sunny Isles, Florida, and also a year at the Cordon Bleu, he founded his first venture as an entrepreneur.With the help of many friends which this project could not have existed without, Lettuce & Tomato Gourmet Gastrobar will be operated and managed by the owner. Roy S. knows that passion, love and hard work, is a cocktail that always works in this industry and you will find it every day in our restaurant.Service is key and as important as our high end food, to ensure that everybody is treated like family in our home.
