History

Established in 2006.

Claude and Chantal’s story starts in the village of Fleury in Moselle, about two and a half hours east of Paris. Claude began his cafe and coffee career early. When he was only 12, he was an apprentice to his father. Claude began studying blending and roasting techniques under his father’s direction, which he had learned from his father. In 1990, Claude opened the first of what would eventually become seven café-coffee shops in and around Metz. Claude and Chantal met when she joined him in running one of his shops. Chantal brought with her not only her smile and work ethic, but also, her knowledge of French fare she acquired working in the bakery trade. The work relationship turned into a love affair; Claude and Chantal married in 2006. The happy couple later decided to bring their love of coffee and French food to the United States. In 2006, they opened Le Café de Paris, here, in Orlando, FL. Le Café de Paris is truly a family affair. ​

Claude and his charming wife Chantal brought their French flair to Orlando in 2006, when they founded Le Cafe De Paris.After running multiple successful coffee shops and becoming experts in coffee roasting in France, they decided to bring their expertise to Orlando. Their love and passion for French food and their hospitality truly makes Le Cafe De Paris a delightful place to visit.
