Business Owner

Chef Oscar del Rivero is the Executive Chef and Owner at Jaguar Restaurant. Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Chef Oscar is extremely passionate about Latin American food history, techniques, and ingredients. Before Jaguar, Chef Oscar worked in many prestigious restaurants in Europe and Miami Beach but for sure fell in love with all Latin American flavors. In 2005 Family and Friends got together to create Jaguar's unique concept.
