History

Established in 1999.

My Name is John Williams a former Vice President of Bank of America. I purchased Islands Fish Grill on August 1, 2014 in the pursuit of a dream that my Step Son Jared Moretti had of one day owning and operating his own establishment. He is a classically trained Chef from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY who graduated in 2011. He has worked for various other local well respected establishments and chefs. The Fish is the same great locally caught off the Atlantic shores, brought in daily. Many of the local fish we have are the Snapper, Yellow Fin Tuna, Cobia, Mahi, Golden Tile, Swordfish and Grouper. We are known for our Signature Dish the "OCG" Onion Crusted Grouper. This has been a staple dish since day 1 and when you take 1 bite you will understand what all the rave is about.
