The Flagler Fish Company uses only the finest seasonal ingredients to prepare meals that are guaranteed to please. Our creative chefs offer mouth-watering appetizer and entrée features that change daily as well as a variety of lunch specials. A combination restaurant and retail market, people come to The Flagler Fish Company for the freshest food available. The fish selection, which varies on a daily basis, includes cobia, grouper, flounder, cod, triggerfish, local shrimp, salmon, tuna and more. If you're dining in, you can choose your catch straight from the case and we will grill, blacken, sauté, sear or steam it as you wish. If you're not sure what you're looking for our friendly, knowledgeable staff will steer you in the best direction for your taste buds. We are a Slow Foods recognized restaurant, meaning that we proudly source and use as many local products as possible. We offer a full liquor bar approximately 30 different wines that are constantly evolving, as well as a nice selection of premium and domestic beers. Come in for dinner and order one of our delicious menu options including Red Fish Chowda, grilled local grouper, USDA Prime hand-cut steaks, or perhaps a freshly-ground Prime beef burger. Pair your entrees with creative gourmet sides such as the portabella tomato asparagus salad, our Famous Asiago Potatoes or our Cole's Slaw and you'll be in heaven. History

Established in 2005.

Chris and Carolyn Casper opened The Flagler Fish Company in 2005 to the delight of the Flagler Beach community. Located just a couple blocks off the Atlantic and directly adjacent to the local farmer's market, this restaurant is one-of-a-kind in this quaint and cozy beach town. A combination restaurant and retail market, people come to The FFC from around the region and beyond for a taste of the freshest seafood available. With great relationships with local fishermen, you can find more than 20 types of fresh fish and seafood daily, including tuna, salmon, Chilean sea bass and lobster. If you're dining in, you can choose your catch straight from the case and they'll cook it as you wish. Having owned restaurants for nearly 20 years, the Caspers pay great attention to impeccable detail in both the food they offer as well as the service they provide. Comprised of a group of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals, the FFC team ensures everyone leaves the restaurant feeling satisfied!
