Winner of Florida Trend's Golden Spoon Award, OpenTable's 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America, Urbanspoon's Top 250 High End Restaurant and Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence, quality of food and service is Firefly's mission. The atmosphere is more like New York City than Panama City. Firefly is the locals choice for a romantic night out, or a special occasion. Firefly has also played host to Country Music Stars, Heisman Trophy winners and the President of The United States. We want it to be much more than dinner, we want to treat you to a unique dining experience!

History

Established in 2007.

Gulf fresh seafood, mouthwatering steaks, sushi, and unique dishes like Slow Braised Wild Boar are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Chef Rob Burgess' innovative menu. Florida Trend Magazine has honored Firefly with its Golden Spoon Award 10 years running. Wine Spectator has given Firefly their Award of Excellence for its 1800 bottle wine cellar 12 years running and Urbanspoon added Firefly to their list of the Top 250 High End Restaurants in America. Most recently OpenTable named Firefly in the Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America. Firefly has played host to country music stars, Heisman Trophy winners, and the President of the United States.
