Established in 2014, El Toro Loco Churrascaria, a food truck in the greater Miami Dade Area, quickly became one of the most talked about places in town. Loved by many food bloggers, famous chefs and famous sports and musical personalities alike, it change the way people viewed food trucks and the way the ate their meat. Far from "street food" using only the best quality Angus meats and prime cuts of meat, the Staff prepares and cooks each of the selection to perfection. The highly experienced Grillmasters' use special charcoal Brazilian grill to grill Picanha, Churrasco, Lambchops, Lomo and other specialty meats cooked rare, medium or even well done satisfying each customer's preference. Each cut of meat is seasoned and strategically placed on the grill to come out PERFECT!
