History

Established in 2017.

Clear Sky restaurants started in 2008 with Clear Sky Beachside Cafe, a highly rated, local's favorite, located at 490 Mandalay Ave on Clearwater Beach. The Cafe offers dining with an upscale twist. Their award winning breakfast, lunch/dinner menus are a culinary tour of the world's best flavors all in one friendly cafe. After establishing the Cafe, Clear Sky restaurants opened Clear Sky Draught Haus in Dunedin, which when you see it for yourself you will certainly understand why the Draught Haus is not your average, every day draft house. Clear Sky Draught Haus offers 37 craft beers on tap, another 60+ varieties of bottled beer, plus wine and full bar. They serve breakfast, lunch/dinner and have a late night menu. Located 680 Main St, where Main Street meets State Road 580.
