History

Established in 1987.

Gianpiero and Karen Cangelosi founded Capriccio Ristorante in 1987, in the Plaza that carries the same name. Starting with just one dining room, a second one quickly became necessary due to its instant success. In 1995, a beautiful lounge was added, built around its focal point: a 6'5" chandelier hoisted in the center of the room. That way, the goal of establishing an atmosphere for drinks and dancing before and after dinner was accomplished. Most recently, a private dining room was also added. It combines the familiar feeling of the main dining room with a touch of privacy that makes it perfect for celebrations and private events. We also provide our experience and services as catering for Pembroke Pines & Southwest Ranches. Intimate weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, baby and bridal showers, corporate events, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and family reunions, here at Capriccio's all events are special occasions.
