Manager

The FOH manager is the face of the restaurant and is often called upon to talk to customers about complaints or praise about the dining experience. The manager is responsible for helping to resolve issues with unhappy customers and reinforcing positive experiences with happy ones in an attempt to get them to visit the restaurant again soon. Table touches, or walking around the dining room to check on everyone, is important to many diners even when there is no issue. The FOH manager presence makes the dining public feel like they are being well taken care of.
