We specialize in Florida Fresh with a twist. House smoked pork, hand cut steaks, fresh seafood & house made desserts as well as an affordable sandwich menu that's perfect for taking across the parking lot to the beach for sunset.

History

Established in 2017.

As an experienced chef of over 20 years, I've had the pleasure of working in many environments. From fine dining to assisted living facilities, steakhouses to microbreweries, I've seen a lot. Now I've got an opportunity to do something I've never done, be a Chef/Owner, and I'm super excited. Please come see me. You'll be glad you did.

I've always wanted to own my own restaurant.  Throughout my career I've always said "when I open my own place I'm going to implement....".  So when you come in you'll notice ecoconscious packaging, culinary students working, local fish and produce, recycled materials, ocean friendly certification and a happy staff. It's just some of the ideas that I've had to make my little corner of the world a little better.  Thanks for your support.
