About the Business

Specialties

Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor is Not a Chain. It is family owned with two Orlando locations. Our dough is made by hand, every day right here in the shop using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Live Yeast Beer from Orlando Brewing. We vastly use more expensive cheeses and other ingredients than those other chains in our dishes and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our crust is crispy on the outside, chewy and bread like and all of the pizzas are fired directly on the brick. No screens or conveyor belt ovens here! Every single dish, every single pizza we serve here at Brick & Fire is garnished with fresh herbs. Be a part of keeping our community strong, the next time you order a Pizza get it locally at right here at Brick & Fire. To have us cater your next function or to book Brick and Fire for birthday parties, office parties, special and sporting events and fundraisers, please visit our website or call us today at (407) 426-8922. Follow us on Instagram: @BrickAndFire and Facebook: /BrickAndFire to locate the best pizza in central Florida.

History

Established in 2011.

The Brick and Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor has been a favorite of Central Florida for years. It is only recently and by popular demand that we launched an express version of the Brick & Fire Pizza menu On-The-Go... Food Truck Style!
