Every dish is a twist on Latin flavor and made from the highest quality ingredients he can get his hands on. **Real Talk: Gigantic burritos with a slab of sour cream, and fountain sodas aren't our gig. Black Rooster Taqueria only serves authentic food and the freshest flavors. Each of our plates are made with care and we are thrilled to share them with you.

Established in 2016.

Husband and wife team, John and Juliana Calloway have dreamt about the Farm to Taco concept for years and are thrilled to have Black Rooster be part of the Mills50 District community. Opening Soon!

Chef John Calloway's modern take on Mexican cuisine* is a culinary celebration of the country's culture and history. Every dish is a twist on Latin flavor and made from the highest quality ingredients he can get his hands on. Alongside John, Ryder Calloway, (three years old, respectively) the restaurant's "Chief Tasting Officer" has hand picked some of the restaurant's art as well helped in the creation of a few recipes.
