History

Established in 2015.

I started by smoking for my church, sports teams and various celebrations, so it was a natural progression to open a place. I saved all my rock & roll albums and memorabilia over the years and being a music lover, I thought this to be a perfect marriage. Rock & Roll BBQ!

I wanted to bring back some of the small town charm and cooking to Kissimmee. So, I recruited both of "Joanie's" daughters to help me in my venture. Hopefully, you can get a sense of that taste for your pallet and ears. We would like to take you back to the weekend visits to Granny and Grandpa.
