Business Owner

Len and Dani Johnson's dream began in 2003. Dani made an "amazingly delicious" dessert for her husband, Len. Dani's passion for baking began with her mom and it continued with years of experimentation and learning by trial and error. Eventually, Len wrote the business plan and Dani wrote the menu for what would become Better Than Sex- A Dessert Restaurant, "we put our twisted minds together and had an incredibly fun time creating Better Than Sex," said Dani. In May 2008, the restaurant opened its doors and after some challenges, Better Than Sex was popular enough to move to a larger location on Simonton Street in Key West. In 2014, Better Than Sex Orlando opened and in 2018 Better Than Sex Savannah was welcomed to the family as the first franchise location. Len and Dani have a passion for people, aiming to ensure that every person coming to Better Than Sex has a sensual and satisfied experience.
