Here at Aunt Kates we are fortunate to have one of the areas top chefs in Jake.  His creativity, knowledge of flavors, character and hard work ethic are reflected in the quality of our product.  He has created and maintained the highest standard of quality that is only accomplished by doing things the hard way.  Nothing we serve is produced to for mass consumption.  Every dish is breaded and prepared to order.
