Business owner information

Matthew H.

Business Owner

I have enjoyed living in the Bay Area my whole life and have been in the plumbing-construction industry for over 30 years.  Alex Diaz and I used to work together at a plumbing company, where we discovered we both share the same goals and values when it comes to integrity, loyalty, customer service, and customer satisfaction.  We both dreamed to one day work for ourselves. After a short few years, we decided to go into business together.  Our plan from the beginning has always been to keep everything simple and the work atmosphere pleasurable for us and the client.  This is truly a family run business, and all four owners, the two of us and our wives Tuty and Maura, are heavily involved.  We enjoy the problem solving aspect to the business, and the creative side as well.  Creating this business together with the Diaz family has been a very rewarding experience. We are very proud of our team and what we have accomplished together at Water Heaters Masters Inc.
