History

Established in 1945.

Vince's Spaghetti opened in Ontario, California, in 1945 as a six-stool, open-air French dip stand. If Frank Cuccia's uncle hadn't eaten a plate of his grandmother's spaghetti in front of the customers, Vince's Restaurant might still be a French dip stand. Today Vince's is still owned by the Cuccia family and operates out of its original restaurant.
