Specialties

We are most known for our take on the "Jiro Ramen" which still is a very unique style in the US. What makes up our Jiro Style Ramen, is the Tonkotsu Soup (pork based), thick noodles, pork back fat, mountain of garlic, and an even bigger mountain of bean sprouts to top it off. In Japan, it is especially popular among younger men, and has started to become a new sensation here in LA as well. The combination of pork broth and the thick noodles is like none other, and we are sure that you will enjoy the richness that makes our ramen even more flavorful and savory.

History

Established in 2013.

After our original location across the street brought the new wave of ramen to LA, we decided to expand with Jiro Style Ramen in 2013. As we continue to grow our flavor and grab the hearts (and stomach) of many more people, it is sure to grab yours too.
